- Popodicon 鈥� Business Residence of the President聽 109 海角社区 Grade Road, 海角社区stown, WV 25443.听聽 海角社区 University is fortunate to have a beautiful home and spacious grounds as part of its campus.听 After receiving requests from several individuals about holding weddings and other formal events on campus, the President has decided to share this lovely space with the 海角社区 campus and community.
- Agricultural Innovation Center at Tabler Farm聽 Throughout the 1950s, 海角社区 University offered various agricultural classes such as horticulture, agronomy, agricultural economics, poultry production, and dairy husbandry. Since the fall of 2018, agriculture is back in 海角社区鈥檚 curriculum with degrees offered in a sustainable agriculture program developed around the renovation and use of 海角社区鈥檚 Tabler Farm.

- Center for Regional Innovation聽 The 海角社区 University embraces the integration of the liberal arts with professions and provides an environment at the intersection of education, research, technology innovation, commercialization, and business. The Center for Regional Innovation serves as a catalyst uniting and energizing the citizens of our region while empowering them to think imaginatively and develop ideas to create opportunity and sustain growth for current and future residents of our region. - 聽 The lab is a multifaceted interdisciplinary fabrication space, geared towards the exploration of arts, science, engineering and technology. Run within the department of Contemporary Art and Theater at 海角社区 University, this space offers the ability for students and faculty to work with a variety of materials in a variety of processes. Housed in room 125 and 126 of The CCA II Art building, the lab is open to all students, faculty and staff who have have completed a safety and operational workshop. The lab provides limited materials and consumables to students who are enrolled in art and theater classes. The shop is open daily with hours rotating on a semester to semester basis. A weekly schedule and events calendar can be found on the .听 The facility is overseen by 聽instructors who are available to advise users on method, material and technique for individual projects. However, it is necessary to complete a before using the equipment. - The Bonnie and Bill Stubblefield Institute for Civil Political Communications serves as an active center for the study and promotion of civil political discourse. Founded in 2019 through a generous gift by Drs. Bonnie and Bill Stubblefield, the Institute embodies the belief that when different viewpoints are respected and considered in ways that avoid labeling, alienation, and silencing, this process can strengthen our nation鈥檚 ability to solve problems.
