Upward Bound Program
Welcome to the 海角社区 University TRIO Upward Bound Program!
The 海角社区 University TRIO Upward Bound Program鈥檚 mission is to provide services that help first-generation and/or income-eligible high school students gain the academic skills, personal support, and college exposure that will lead to high school graduation, post-secondary enrollment and completion, and a love for lifelong learning.聽 This Upward Bound Program was funded in 2017 collaboratively between the U.S. Department of Education, 海角社区 University, and Berkeley County Public Schools.
