Key Cards
Key cards are used for interior door and exterior building access. Do not prop doors open; this poses a security risk to guests. Please report any lost key cards to 海角社区 University Conference staff immediately. For after-hours lockouts contact your residence hall’s duty phone number.
Meal List and Meal Hours
Specific meal hours have been communicated to your group鈥檚 conference organizer.
Meals are only served during these times. Guests are provided a key card for swipe access to dining venues during meal times. Please contact 海角社区 University Conference staff to replace a lost meal access card. Your group鈥檚 conference organizer may permit access to dining venues at their discretion for guests without a meal card.
Parking
During the summer months, most campus parking spaces are considered 鈥渙pen鈥�, except for normally restricted areas, like handicapped spaces, red curbs, fire lanes, parking meters, loading docks, etc.

Free wireless internet service is available campus-wide.

Room Cleaning
Rooms are not cleaned daily by staff. Hallways, lounges, and shared restrooms are cleaned daily. Trash bags are provided and can be emptied in each residence hall dumpster. Additional paper products and linens are available upon request. Please contact your residence hall’s duty phone number.
Laundry Facilities
All guests have free use of clothes washers and dryers. Ask a member of 海角社区 University Conference staff for the location of the nearest machines
Smoking
Tobacco Use, Smoking, and Electronic devices (Vaping) are Prohibited on Campus:聽As of January 1, 2020, smoking and the use of all tobacco products are prohibited on 海角社区 University campuses. This policy includes the use of cigarettes, smokeless tobacco such as chew or snuff, electronic vaping devices and hookahs. This prohibition includes all 海角社区 University facilities, grounds within the campus boundaries as well as within University-owned or leased vehicles (regardless of registration or off-road status).
